Family Counselling Service

Koombana Health Network provides a family counselling service which is delivered by Relationships Australia to clients referred by their General Practitioner.  The service provides up to six free counselling sessions for GP-referred patients to help with issues stemming from relationships, anxiety, anger, stress, depression, grief, loss, and adjustment.   The link to the Family Counselling Service referral form can be found here.

The Bunbury Family Relationship Centre can help individuals and families by providing information about family relationships at all stages – forming new relationships, overcoming relationship difficulties or dealing with separation.  For more information on the Bunbury Family Relationship Centre call (08) 9792 1155 or visit their website. 

The Family Relationship Advice Line also provides free information, advice and referral services. You can access this line by calling 1800 050 321 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am and 4pm Saturday.
